“I’ve given three episodes a go and perhaps some of the others are better but I really don’t think Paxman’s blunt / hostile style translates well to podcasts. These are interrogations, not two way conversations. The simplistic combative questions such as “why do you bother” “who cares” “why should anyone listen to you” do not land well. Not my cup of tea.”
