“Can you also provide a electronic copy? Our charter school in MN is being closed due to test scores...we went from a 1% refugee population to like 23% and our test scores plummeted. 680 kids and 114 staff have no school for the fall to call home. Tcf bank is pretty much who made the decision. It is discrimination, being disguised as "not getting high test scores". Feel free to google tcf bank corporate center, leave a message for Beth topoluk, Craig r Dahl and Jason Korstange ...they could give our school "stride academy" st,cloud MN one more year to switch to another authorizor or be absorbed by our local school district. They just choose not to, our school is not white or affluent enough for their portfolio of charter schools.
