“While listening to your podcast I had reflected on my life. I thought about thing I have felt and why I felt that way. This then let me think about how I can improve or change because “I am my own biggest critics”. It also made me think about the ways to positively change my mindset. Whenever I felt down I had let myself fall down that well. I want to change this now to be able to feel better when I am overwhelmed. I might even start drawing since I have many coloring books.
