“I found this podcast when watching the first season on Netflix. I usually listen to the Bald Move guys or David Chen/Joanna Robinson, but they don't cover this show. The hosts possess a natural charm and authentic enthusiasm for the material and compliment each other nicely. Jason has the ability to find real meaning in the most unexpected ways. When Q gets a corporate job in a cube environment, it's clearly depicted as the worst kind of life. Jason comments on how sad it made him because that's his job. Perfect, because I had the same reaction. I would strongly suggest doing a season one rewatch with a podcast for each episode. People are finding this show on Netflix and you could get them hooked from the beginning if you had season one in your archive. I know you have other podcasts that are more popular, but The Magicians is the only one for which you have virtually no competition.”Read full review »
