The host Patrick does a great job at steering the conversation in the right direction and keeping his guests on track, while also encouraging them to elaborate and explore certain topics. He is enthusiastic and energised and his voice is really nice to listen to π. There isnβt much jargon either, so itβs easy to understand for those who are new to the terminology of the movement world. The sound quality is awesome and the audio is always really clear too!
The Mbody Podcast gives you a looking glass into the world of movement, breath, nutrition and meditation, and learning about this is a complete life-changer.
