If there has ever been a libertarian guest I haven’t seen one. James Bovard and Sheldon Richman are experienced journalists who have much interview experience, for starters. The left-right dichotomy leaves the show lacking.

Been loving this show for many years. Such a breath of fresh air in the midst of so many outlets with heavy left or right bias, and anger=ratings agendas. Keep it up!

I've enjoyed "The McLaughlin Group" for decades. The topics are relevant and the discussion is engaging. My political leanings are more aligned with Eleanor Clift's than the other panelists', but she frequently interrupts her colleagues in mid-sentence. McLaughlin is an acquired taste. If you like wit and acerbic commentary, you will enjoy this program. It leans to the right but a progressive( like myself ) will find the intelligent repartee a welcome change from the cable " all noise" news channels.
