Newport County 1-0 Gillingham: A whimper in Wales
Listen now
Description
Gillingham remain one point outside the League 2 playoff places after losing out on the road to Newport County. More than 600 Gills fans made the trip to stand in an uncovered stand for 90 minutes, but the performance from the team on the pitch offered scant consolation for the travelling faithful as a sub-par display offered little positivity for those making the long trip back home from Wales to Kent. In our post-match pod, James, Harry and Alex attempt to pick the bones out of a disappointing awayday display. Note: The lads were plagued with some technical issues along the way, so apologies for some choppy audio at points. This is a public episode.
