to sleep and to wake
Excellent podcasts. I have tried the ones to sleep (after waking fitfully at 3 am and trying nearly everything to get back to sleep), and I was guided back to a peaceful sleep for the rest of the night. I have also tried the #45(b) for mornings, and it helps get the day off to a peaceful start. Thank you Dr. Puff!

I'd searched through many meditation podcasts before finding this one, and this is my favorite. Certain voices are annoying to me while others have absent or distracting background sounds. This podcast has helped me become more calm and more compassionate with my kids. I have been meditating using it for 6 months now and I have learn to be a better listener with them. Thank you!
