Often rambling and repetitive
After listening to a few episodes, I’d say on average there is about 10 minutes of “useful” info surrounded by rambling, repetition, and self-important stories. Maybe that ratio is better when she has guests on versus just her talking. If over-the-top self-help stuff is your thing, you’ll probably like it.

So grateful to have Mel Robbins on this platform. I have followed her work for several years and have found her to be a funny, down to earth, insightful guide to me as I navigate life with openness and awareness. This should be fun! Looking forward to my morning commute with her!
