Mel! Mel! Mel!
I so love you I had to start with that as it was heavy on my heart this morning. I just listened to your podcast with Dr. Tara, the neuroscientist and oh my God! What a brilliant, bright, amazing woman! This episode is going to help thousands and thousands of people. Just knowing that we can change our brain is one of the most powerful things, I think, anyone can learn. I am a survivor of childhood trauma, and I was just recently, at the age of 58, diagnosed with ADHD and severe CPTSD. Believe it or not, I have gotten through my life, perhaps badly beaten and bruised and seen a lot of things that I just should not have been a witness too… But you know what? I. am. Here. I love you and thank you so much for what you do. You inspire me to write my story and get it out there because it is unbelievable in the entire sense of that word. Pen to paper or fingers to keyboard… I will be the first published novelist in my family! I’m looking forward to being a guest on your podcast when my book comes out! Ha ha Miss Tara did teach me to think positive after all! Love you tons…WE. ARE. LISTENING! 💗💗💗
