Inside of my courses and 1:1's I use the physical seasons of the year to describe the four phases of our cycle. This concept was strummed up by Traditional Chinese Medicine. TCM also believes that there are superpowers, organs and purposes that correlate with wherever we find ourselves in the calendar year.
