We cover hormones, exercise, nutrition and answer all of your questions!

I have been binge listening to this show since discovering it last week. I’ve finally realized that I’m entering menopause and I’m struggling hard with weight gain, mood swings, hot flashes and emotional regulation. I love this podcast!
