Episode 7 of The Midnight Gospel takes place on Planet Blank Ball, though we end up interviewing Death inside of Clancy's own satchel.  Death takes us on a journey through Clancy's literal personal hell and teaches him, and us, how to deal with it.  In the season finally, Clancy talks with his mom about life: staying present, going with the flow, and the pain that is love.  Clancy's dog saves his life as reality breaks. Episodes 5 & 6 of The Midnight Gospel take us on a journey to a soul prison, where one cannot die, only be reborn.  Clancy talks to a little bird named Jason about the state of reality.  In episode 6, we meet some of Clancy’s eccentric neighbors and discover that his reality is a little more complex.  Clancy gets some cool new kicks and learns how to stay present through meditation with David.
