“I came across this podcast via Instagram. I had never listened to podcasts before, but thought I would give it a try.
I love Mimi’s podcasts, I have listened to them all. They are very inspiring and informative. I’m very interested in health and have learnt a lot from all the guest hosts she has had on her show. Mimi herself is also very clued up.
The show focuses a lot on how to be your best self and living your best life, Mimi is a amazing role model and epitome of this.
There are some negative reviews and people commenting that Mimi is promoting bad health etc, but this isn’t the case. She never tell you, this is what you should be doing or you need to follow this diet. She expresses, this is what she does and what works for her, but it might not be for everyone.
I have learnt so much, and the podcasts have really inspired me to be the best version of myself!”
