In this episode I get to speak with SBG Charlestown owner and coach Owen Roddy.  Owen was one of the most important fighters in Ireland in MMA as he paving the way for a lot of fighters right now in a time when MMA in Ireland was kind of unknown.  Owen was part of a small team that would then go on to be known around the world and we speak about how that all kicked off coming from the rough streets of Ballymun Dublin and learning to fight in the infamous shed with John Kavanagh. We speak about his career as a professional fighter and having to retire before then moving on to be a coach and part of some of the biggest highlight reels in UFC history as a Coach with Conor Mc Gregor.
