“This podcast is off to a great start. I am a longtime listener of Kevin Bupp's General RE investing podcast and it is good to see a new podcast dedicated to the niche of mobile home park investing.
I attended a boot camp on MHP investing a few months ago, and while it provided excellent information on evaluating deals, performing due diligence, and managing parks, it was lacking on the details of how exactly to go about finding parks to buy.
This podcast (and affiliated training) seems designed to fill that gap. Episode 1 provides a great system to enlist commercial brokers to do much of the legwork in finding deals for you. I can't wait to try it out.
The two hosts of the podcast own multiple parks and clearly walk the walk on this subject.

“This podcast has just need to know items and good advice. The info can cross over into other commercial real estate and apartments. The intro/outro are a little long, but after listening to it once you can skip them.”
