“I'm really enjoying Kevin and Charles' new podcast. I'm a new MHP investor and their podcast has given me several ideas to incorporate into my approach to finding parks. My favorite has been their tips for developing your own pocket listings. I've already started this with one broker, and looking to do the same with brokers in additional markets.
Also, if you haven't done so already, I highly recommend Kevin's other podcast. While it includes more than just mobile home parks, there's lots of useful information on real estate investing in general.”Read full review »
