This podcast has changed my life and my family’s life
This podcast has truly changed my life and my family’s life! We have changed the way we eat and exercise. I have gone from providing my family with moderately healthy food to actually healthy foods: grass-fed beef; organic bread (to avoid all the pesticides) when we eat bread; avocado oil when cooking in the oven; trying to purchase more organic products at the store; eliminating ultra processed foods from our pantry; and the list goes on and on. We even just partnered with a local farmer to buy a quarter of a side of grass-fed beef! It’s a process that is evolving little by little because eating healthier can seem much more expensive in the beginning. Many of the ideas I got from Shawn. Also, we have made about 15 of the recipes from his new cookbook. They are delicious! I had never thought of adding cauliflower to mashed potatoes, for example. The beef chili has a unique flavor. The crockpot chicken curry is easy and flavorful. Thank you, Shawn!
