“Recently I have been having insomnia related sleepless nights were I stress a little and try a little too hard to fall asleep and before I know it I’m up at 3:40 in the morning. Last night after hours of not falling asleep at around 4 completely exhausted I listened to this podcast- I let myself truly relax ( for what felt like the first time that night) and just focused on the words that the person was saying which calmed down my mind and I soon fell asleep effortlessly which was the first time in the last few nights! Listening to this podcast is now part of my nighttime routine and I’m hoping it will lead me to better nights of sleeping. X s”
