“I am a mom to an almost 3 year old girl and have another little girl on the way. I have been listening to this podcasts for almost three years now and never miss an episode. Liz - you and all your amazing guests have kept me company through so many nights of kitchen explosions and heaps of laundry. But more than that you are constantly inspiring me to grow and learn. I relate to you so much. You have no idea what a gift your words and your guests are to me. New motherhood, especially having moved to a new city and in a pandemic, has been incredibly lonely at times and your show has helped to carry some of that weight for me. Not to mention added a ton of books to my reading list, great products for my family and tools/resources that help get us through the day to day.
Thank you for always being honest yet uplifting in these crazy times. If you are a mother and listen to one show let this one be it!”

“This is a great podcast. I don’t think there are enough quality mother/parent podcast, but this one is a home run!! The only negative I have to say is, too many sponsored / ads.”
