Technology sniffing dogs!
Today I learnt that the Australian federal government has technology sniffing dogs to detect USBs and other tech equipment. Never heard of such a thing but it makes great sense. Other than that interesting fact, there is not much to the podcast. I get that they want to report on a case as it unfolds but in this case it might have been better to wait until there was a resolution. I’m on the other side of the world and had not heard of this case. Now I will have to remember to follow up on it. Many of the reviews here criticise the presenters voice. I find no issue with it. Given the amount of reviews using the same vernacular, I’m inclined to think it’s a witch hunt. Perhaps a bunch of people known to each other have at decided to write similar reviews for some sort of revenge? Background music didn’t annoy me either. Not sure I’ve heard a podcast or radio show without it.

I’m enjoying the podcast and am keen to find out how the trial will go… But… the vocal fry of the presenter is excruciating to listen to. Please, you don’t need to adopt this Americanised affectation to your voice. Keep going with the story though 😊

With the legal restrictions laid out, why was this podcast even produced. Maybe a more expansive and informative one can be done once the trial is over. For now, I would say move on.

The narration is very dry and monotonous. This podcast has come out way too soon, as nothing can be reported on until after trial. Hopefully something a bit more interesting, talking more about the case, comes out later. Don’t recommend bothering with the one. Didn’t learn anything I didn’t...Read full review »
