“I have been a step mom for about 10 years and have had so many of the emotions that these step moms have talked about. Since I didn’t have any friends that are also step moms, I just felt like I was crazy and a bad person. Listening to your podcast has been amazing for me- for the first time I realize that the feelings I have are completely normal.
I’m now starting to navigate the teen years of being a step mom and learning about the Nacho theory has been life changing. I’ve learned to stop worrying so much about the future since I know I can handle whatever is thrown my way by doing this approach. I feel so much lighter now that a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I for once in my years of being a step mom feel somewhat confident and empowered. I am so great full that I stumbled upon this podcast!”
