“This an easy to listen to and interesting Introduction to MBCT. However, in the first 4 episodes, there is not a lot of meat. You really need to get an accompanying book. I've been studying "The Mindful Way through Depression" by Mark Williams, et al. The book comes with a CD for guided meditation exercises. Williams is "interviewed" for the podcasts.”
