Second-hand reporting and lack of access
I got through this podcast but every time the host quoted others’ reporting (hello Kevin Donovan from The Star) or said “We asked so-and-so but they wouldn’t talk to us, which was very frequent, I wondered why I was still listening to the podcast. They did have Kerry Winter, however, who does have a big axe to grind and he was given a lot of airtime, which because there was not appropriate counterbalance, felt not quite right. I think Ms. Goldhar is an able host and writer, but this one lacked substance.
