Only post-rock/noise podcast I listen to, not cause I’m closed off to others. This is just genuinely killing it on the questions I want to hear and the artists I wanted to know more about. Thanks!

I tune in most weeks whether I’ve heard of the guest or not. Keith is a very polite host, always asking thoughtful questions of the guests that span their careers and lives. He seems genuinely curious which translates to a welcoming environment for the guests and allows them to share freely....Read full review »

Just discovered the show a couple weeks ago and i am hooked. I couldn’t have come up with a better concept for a show on punk and hardcore—respect on the past, but not stuck there. I am enjoying the mix of guests, which is helping me discover lots of great newer bands. Keith is a great host. He...Read full review »

Keith really has a knack for connecting with his guests, everyone always seems to be so comfortable and the conversation flows easily and is engaging to listen to. I found myself starting with bands I already knew (like Geoff Rickly from Thursday) but have found myself going down the rabbit hole...Read full review »

I hope I get to be review #200. So many great artists on this podcast and each episode is the perfect length: informative without being indulgent. It’s starting to feel like I personally know Keith, so maybe that’s weird? Either way, I’m into it and you should be too.

The New Scene offers an inside look and intimate conversations with some of the most influential artists in Punk, Hardcore, and Emo. Loved the latest episode with Robbins of Jawbox. One of my top podcasts as of late! Check it out!

Just listened to the Brian McTernan episode and it was a real conversation. What a story and what a human. Thanks for documenting the prolific works of all the guests and sharing who they are as creators.
