Fitspiration + suggestion
Been following Lucy on YouTube for awhile, new to the podcast and love it too for fun fitness inspo. Thanks for the seemingly endless content! Would love if you did an episode on something that is seemingly natural for you guys and every other athlete: thoughts on how to cultivate a “killer instinct”. Put another way: how to get pumped up / locked in as a result of friends pushing you at the gym or a crowd cheering for you on the sidelines, instead of what happens to me (and I’m sure others) which is crumbling under the pressure. I think it’s a mindset thing, like a weak instinct that I can’t do it. I feel i can push myself when im alone, but if someone else says “ya, one more rep!!!” I want to drop the weights and punch them in the throat 🤣 Food for thought! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Only been on the plan for a few days now but I am already finding it so helpful & motivated to get where I want to be. When I ask for help there is always a quick response. Excited for the journey ahead. I will also be working my way through the podcasts for extra help and motivation.
