There were some episodes I would recommend, but most don’t have a lot of substance and feels like it’s mostly two people constantly agreeing with each other while not sharing precise or (research-based) ideas.

I love this podcast! Grounded, accessible, practical conversations - rooted in reality offering great little tidbits that can easily be applied to daily life. Perfect length too - not so long that I can’t squeeze it in to my busy life. Bravo Carmen!

Carmen takes us on a journey across spiritual experience—she talks to atheists and the devout. She holds as much reverence for the people sharing their experiences as she does for the divine. Wonderful.

I started by listening to Carmen's interview with Sandra Yancey, and appreciate how Carmen let Sandra and her story shine. Now diving into the 3-part "Becoming Your Own Spiritual Advisor", and really loving Carmen's approach and insights.

The mark of a really good interviewer is not only that they provide prompts for interesting, deep responses from their guest, but that they themselves retreat somewhat and let the one who is being interviewed shine fully. Carmen Spagnola is that interviewer. She helped me get to know Sandra...Read full review »
