“Informative, evidence based nutrition advice. I started listening as I was trying to better understand what a healthy diet looks like for me and my children. After a lifetime of being surrounded by yo-yo dieting and abundance then restriction approaches to eating i was so repelled by the idea of a strict ‘diet’ that I had just stuck with abundance approach; which had netted me about 12kgs excess body fat, low energy, as well as back and hip issues. I really have found this podcast clarified how I should eat and how to teach my children to eat for health and vitality. Yes, I have lost some weight which is great but I also have more energy to get through my day which is a massive benefit. I also think that this is true fat loss that I should be able to keep off forever as long as I stick to a nutritional approach to eat in. So a big thank you to the hosts for their kind intelligence.
