I’m very thankful I came across this podcast. Every episode makes me feel way less alone in how I think and so easily get caught up in rumination, etc. I’m always looking forward to the next episode! What a great resource!

Found this podcast while in an ocd frenzy and really helped calmed me down. I pressed subscribe super fast. Not sure if it’s been done as haven’t checked all the episodes but was wondering if you could do one on being stuck in an ocd mantra. One in your head that you do but hate doing. Sorry if...Read full review »

Rob is a great podcaster and his shows are high quality. More than that I had the pleasure of speaking with him for one free session as I may have OCD as a comorbidity of ADHD and suffer from trauma. During the video session it almost felt like being on a show. Rob is a fantastic listener and his...Read full review »

I find this podcast very informative and helpful in a non-judgemental way. Unfortunately it can be very difficult to listen to due to the fluctuation in volume! Very irritating

I find this guy just reads a lot of info and stories in a monotone voice, I turned off and had to listen to the radio instead whilst driving. I seriously hope he’s qualified as a ‘coach’ as providing mental health advice without being qualified is no laughing matter. Appreciate the effort put...Read full review »
