We don't even know where to start with Amby Burfoot. He was the winner for the 1968 Boston Marathon. He was the Editor of Runners World magazine for decades and he perfected the pace chart that you probably use in your marathon training plan. We had the pleasure of interviewing Mike Ehredt about his Hardrock 100 finish at the age of 60.
