I’m currently working on my personal training certification and as a general lover of fitness, I can honestly say these guys KNOW THEIR STUFF! It’s so crazy I have never worked with someone who knew anything about helping women train with their cycles. Thank you O.N.E. guys!!

Guys loving the shows but I would love you to go more into depth in intermittent fasting. Taking the calories out and talking about all the research around insulin levels (dr fung) additional health benefits etc.
