Wolves Revolution
Really enjoyable podcast. Tim provides a great insight into the club, respectfully examined by Mark, Adam and David. Right to pose the issue of ethics, but entirely legitimate. And not the usual ignorant derision from ill-informed sources. Although Tim references the off the field business model. This is a very different proposition to others with the focus on building the brand globally through a cleverly executed strategy of business diversification, focusing on esports, fashion and music. Wolves recognise the changing demands of young people globally and developing initiatives to appeal beyond football. Related, but also tangential. Ultimately very savvy. Highly exciting initiatives across China, India, North, Middle East, Central and South America. Understand the fascination in the Man City Football Group model but this is also worthy of further interest. Fosun said from the start they would need an alternative strategy to compete at the global level given the competitive advantage enjoyed by the established clubs, and the constraints imposed by FFP.

C’mon guys. You can find better sponsors. Gambling and football is as big of an issue as anything you guys discuss yet you willingly advertise and therefore contribute to its growth.

Who’s the northern fella reading out the ads in the recent episode? Great voice. Maybe he could be a regular third wheel?

Agree with the consensus that the hosts (Mark and Dan) are generally excellent however the co-hosts are generally poor providing pub grade level analysis (except David Preece)
