Only helpful for people who want to feel nostalgic not who are in the panic years
I find she tries to be like Adam buxton vibes at the start and end. I find her quite disingenuous and fake. I think she thinks she talks about her panic years but ends up talking about having babies and being 35 way too much for a pod that’s supposed to be about ..: ‘ the panic years’ she’s just grabbing.

I am very glad I discovered this podcast and Nel’s book whilst in my own panic years. It has put my mind at ease that I am not crazy and not on my own. Completely hilarious and everything I didn’t know I needed.

Absolutely hooked on this podcast. Fascinating and hilarious conversations about that squiffy period of life when you finish being a reckless young wally, and have to start making some Big Decisions. Nell is a brilliant host. Can’t wait for the next one.
