Lovely, grown up and questions that matter.
Someone has finally done the right thing and plucked Nell Frizzell from her morning swims in freshwater lakes or running alongside deer in darkened forests and given her a brand-new, spanking , shiny podcast. Where she can chat with her friends about ‘The Panic Years’ the subject of her new book, and a period in her life when a whole slew of interesting subjects came to the fore. Listen....you won’t be disappointed. It’s really beautiful, and funny, and interesting and lovely, lovely stuff.

More reviews of The Panic Years
This weeks episode was a such a comfort. I also worry about the ‘performance’ of dating and often take breaks from dating apps as it’s so all consuming. This conversation was like listening to a friend going through the same thing! Thanks for the company!

I was hoping this would be a podcast offering a diverse range of perspectives on this period on people’s lives but it’s just turned I to loads of people banging on about kids and babies. Zzzzzzzz...

I’ve really enjoyed the podcast so far. As someone without a mother figure in the picture I feel quite alone at times, especially entering the panic years. The topics and advice included are really helpful and have actually helped start conversations in my own relationship.
