This series is my favourite of all wrestling pods I’ve listened to and I really hope they bring back the format..

Absolutely brilliant on the nostalgia scale. A superb review of the Mania’s with intelligent and often witty comment. Bit self righteous at times, borderline snow flakery but never the less an intriguing series of podcasts.

Timescales indicate PUP is now moving worryingly from ‘on hiatus’ to ‘not a thing any more.’ Which would be a shame, as it’s got a lovely rhythm now. The panel are great (Carl is not alone in his inexplicably fond recollection of Sunday Night Heat) and exhibit a nice cynicism about historic WWE...Read full review »

Matt Davies-Adams is great as the host, but needs to do it with the old team of Ben and John. Carrie doesn’t like pre-PG wwe, so why bring her in? Completely objective and offers nothing but contempt. Don’t expect anything nostalgic here.

I don’t know if I’m not the target for this as I’m more a fan of wrestling from when I was young (97-02) and only keep a passing eye on the modern stuff. I wasn’t expecting a total nostalgia fest and welcome a slightly cynical look back at things that seemed fun and entertaining when you were in...Read full review »

Takes you back to what you loved about wrestling as a kid, while giving you a reality check on the really warped stuff that was actually going on at the time in Wrestlemania land. Great team, great perspectives.

If you like you wrestling podcast with more discussions and banter than hyperbole, then this is the one for you. Been listening since they changed the format, and before than even, and really enjoy the weekly discussion of how WWE has changed over the years, all panellists very enjoyable, but in...Read full review »

MDA at his finest. Nearly laughed Kenco out of my nose when you mentioned The Shockmaster.

Can highly recommend this podcast for everyone who loved wrestling back in the day.

The panel always seem to be more enthused about discussing what they find wrong with wrestling, and often come across as simultaneously uninformed and condescending. Looking back over past wretlemanias should be fun but with this lot it’s made to feel like a chore.

A review of all the Wrestlemanias. Seems a strange idea, but really interesting to show how far WWF/WWE has come, and how far it still has to go. Really really enjoyable, and very funny.

Miserable, anti wrestling and factually incorrect numerous times

Love these podcasts and the recent travel back through the Wrestle-manias is a great listen. I got into Wrestling late and haven’t seem most of the previous wrestle-manias so hearing about the matches and best parts I then go on YouTube to check them out. Would be great if you could podcasts...Read full review »

Really great concept and it’s nice to hear a British take on WWE/WWF. Stop judging the storylines by 2018 standards though please. We get you are offended without mentioning every 5 minutes
SotonBadger via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 10/17/18
Overly negative pod, you wonder why they bother watching since most of the panel seemingly think they are above it. Some baffling opinions and poor knowledge. Expect to hear things like ‘this is a match that happened (titter)’ and ‘all I wrote for this match was (insert weak gag)’ Extra star...Read full review »

Hmm
Matt knows his stuff but the others not so much. Factual errors, very odd opinions or the reasoning behind them. If Matt did it by himself then it would be great

Before MKM it was a timely recap and insight into the current product with a very casual and relaxed approach taken by Ben & John. Now it just isn’t even trying with that and the whole PPV recap only works for so long. Unsubscribing I think...

Carrie Dunn makes this podcast unlistenable. She’s so bad. Don’t listen.
My skin is leaking via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 10/03/18
Full of far too many factual errors (was insinuated this week that Channel 4 showed ALL PPV events; not true. Also, an error strewn recap of Ravens ECW & WCW career prior to his WWF 00/01 run, and that’s just the last two weeks). Made it to WrestleMania 2000, but I’ll have to tap out at this...Read full review »

Would be 5 stars if it wasn’t for Carrie’s negativity every week. It gets old and boring very quickly. The others are fantastic. Carl and Matt especially are smart and well spoken. Great podcast and hopefully it continues. However what it the plan after Wrestlemania 1?

This is great weekly podcast. You’ll find interesting discussions about previous WWE PPVs from intelligent presenters. The quality of analysis and variety of perspectives provides an excellent addition to the world of wrestling podcasts.
Marvinonenal via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 07/12/18
Everyone on this is intelligent and thoughtful but they’re hamstrung by a very negative outlook on the product. They don’t get enthusiastic about anything and seem to to stick to light digs at people they don’t like (most people) whilst seemingly being afraid to really throw themselves into it...Read full review »

I really love this podcast. All the folk featured on it are really knowledgeable and funny. I find the current wwe product quite depressing and negative so I’m really enjoying looking back at Wrestlemanias past and remembering all the good and bad from them. Keep up the good work and I hope you...Read full review »

This podcast is really hitting its stride, and the presenters have built up a great chemistry. I haven't even seen half of the WrestleMania’s they are talking about, but they paint such a vivid picture I still love hearing about them, and spend my time googling Kofi Kingston and Kayfabe while...Read full review »

Matt Davies is awesome and unbelievably entertaining! If you like Gorilla Position (check it out if you’ve never heard of it - you won’t regret it).. you’ll love The Parts Unknown! Congrats on the new venture, Matt! ~Scott NYC

How do you ruin a podcast in 5 words? “A Muddy Knees Media Production”. The reboot has none of the charm of the original, the presenters aren’t a patch on Ben and John, the original had a nice air of cynicism but the reboot has just become another generic wrestling podcast. How long before we get...Read full review »

WWE fan, Ash Rose Advocate and GP listener giving Matt some support! My honest review- a fantastic Sports panel review on WWE relations! Feels very Organised and scripted with everyone chronically having their input where GP feels more social and Jagged. Both great Pods! Well done Matty D who...Read full review »

Hmmmm I like constructive criticism but when it becomes just another session of sneering group of people taking a piss it just rubs off wrongly for me. It’s typical British press attitude to anything that is not British. How can anyone claim the class of 2018 is not a strong class in the hall of...Read full review »

Really pleased this pod has picked up again; enjoy hearing Matt from other pods, and delighted that Carrie has remained as a winner stays on. The rest of the team seemed to have fitted in nicely.
