Fave podcast
I’m so grateful for this podcast!! I have learnt so much through it and it really has equipped me with so many achievable ways to better my health. A PCOS diagnosis is quite overwhelming as there is so much info to digest and so little explained (or known) by GPs. Mel and Brigitte break everything down in a very accessible (yet comprehensive) way. They make learning about PCOS interesting and insightful- rather than it feeling like a drag or burden. They are never preachy or judgmental in the way they provide advice either (eg claiming one approach is best for all) - unlike some others in this space. Their focus on foods you can add to your diet rather than only focusing on what you shouldn’t eat has been especially transformative for me. I also really appreciate the guests they have. They make an effort to seek out diverse perspectives and approaches so you can find one (or multiple) that resonates with you.

I love this podcast! I stumbled upon it randomly during a keyword search for ‘nettle tea’(!) and am now hooked. Their awesome energy and extensive research and openness that they both bring to the conversation has inspired me to optimise my own hormone health! Thank you
