Description
The plaintiff says she’s suing the owner of a bar near her house. She claims a drunk driver plowed into her parked car, and she says the bar owner overserved the driver, so she’s suing for the cost of the totaled car. The defendant says the plaintiff has no proof of who hit her car, so she’s trying to extort him. The plaintiff says he bought a commercial printer from the defendant on eBay, but he never received it. Sure, he got a refund, but what he really wanted was the printer. He’s suing for the price of the item. The defendant says he realized the printer was broken, so he refunded the money, but the plaintiff began harassing him. The plaintiff says she had a TV satellite dish installed, but the defendant — her landlord — told her to take it down. She claims the hothead cut the wires and took it down himself, and so she had to pay a disconnection fee. She’s suing for the fee and emotional distress. The defendant claims the plaintiff didn’t pay the first month’s rent and says the dish put holes in his roof. Don’t forget to rate and subscribe so you never miss an episode.
