She claims the place was a disaster and should have been condemned for mold, bare sockets, and more. The defendant won’t return her money, so she’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff and her daughter drove to New York, saw the place, and loved it. She claims the plaintiff is a loon who broke the lease, so she’s entitled to keep the money.
