“I have been listening to Peter for years and find his insight and advice leads to only one thing, the end is near and you need to buy gold and silver. The one flaw in his logic that he conveniently overlooks is the fact that if the US dollar collapses, and we are using gold and silver rather than dollars as a medium of exchange, society will no longer be civil and guns, firepower, and force will rule the day as anarchy breaks out “in the streets”.
Peter has valuable and entertaining insight into the US monetary system and tax history, but almost always goes off the rails when he thinks about the possibility of a coming financial apocalypse and the possibility of being able to sell you precious metals as the new medium of exchange. You can practically hear him salivating at the thought of you opening an account with his company, Schiff Gold.
Peter should stick to what he does best, explaining the history and theory of our financial and tax system and quit trying to make a buck off of “doom and gloom”.
And, he should quit with, “There is an old saying...”. He has a new one of these for just about every situation and they are tiring and really don’t reinforce much of anything if you are trying to remember them all to help guide your portfolio.
Peter frequently laments that he doesn’t understand why he doesn’t have more subscribers, this constant harping on the coming apocalypse is one of the main reasons.”
