PFF Too Sarcastic...Hit/Miss Results
These guys do give out some really useful statistical data and have some interesting insights into the process of coaching decision making and how win probability impacts these crucial decisions. However, the main host in entirely too sarcastic. It's really draining to listen to. You have to constantly decifer whether or not he is being serious about a topic or just making another dry sarcastic comment. I would also say I've had more success this year fading their picks than I have tailing them. The college pick of the week last week was Stanford -5.5 and I played Utah +4 as well as the moneyline to cash an outright underdog winner. They pick mostly chalk favorites, not usually very bold with their picks at all and are usually wrong. Debating whether or not to keep listening at this point, but they do say its just as hard to find a good fade as it is to find a good tail.Read full review »

I always enjoy listening to Dr. E and George. They take the emotion out of the game and just provide analytical support for their takes. As a CPA, I love that.
