“I’d give this one five stars if it weren’t for the all-too-frequent advertisement breaks that last at least three minutes— that’s longer than commercial breaks on network television (average is around two to two and a half minutes). She always calls it a “quick” break, but it really isn’t, especially compared with most other podcasts I’ve heard.
Otherwise, truly one of the best true crime podcasts I’ve ever listened to. Very excellent research and reporting, and I love that they don’t put all of the emphasis on the cops or the killers; they actually do a great job of making the Roden family feel like real, three dimensional people.”
