“I just listened to the first episode of the Piketon Massacre podcast? I admittedly don’t know the first thing about podcasting production, but I DO listen to A LOT of podcasts. Why is there such an immense discrepancy in the volume between the actual podcast and the advertisements?!? I’m a musician and I know studios use compressor/limiters for these issues. There is LITERALLY a 15-20% decibel jump when the advertisements kick in. It’s absurd that a final product would be released with such a huge and glaring flaw. I’d never know who your advertisers are because I’m busy reaching for the volume ever 11 minutes. The show is pretty good and pretty interesting, but this is almost a deal breaker for me... Maybe strictly out of principle. Let’s get it together, huh?!?”
