Not Just for Christians
I practice Zen Buddhism so I wouldn’t normally seek out a Christian oriented podcast. But I am so grateful to the host Adam Young and the practical and universal wisdom of The Place We Find Ourselves and Adam’s excellent guests. This podcast helped me so much as I am struggling with the death of my father and family estrangement.

Even from the first episode, Adam asserts that we are bodies, spirits, and minds. He focuses on how these three things are related. So thankful for this resource that comes from a Christian perspective, and has so much respect for research and neuroscience.
