Ray occupies an interesting place in the Pod-space. TPS is a show that is about helping Podcasters first, and making money, getting speaking gigs, and being an ‘expert’, second.

This is what I love about podcasting. The ones that make you feel like your in the room talking with the host/s. Ray's shows always make me feel like I'm in the room taking to him and his guests.
