Flexibility can be good to help deal with uncertainty and the unknown (e.g. complexity, it takes 3 hours not 1, missing a resource etc.)Consistency is also powerful. Building one brick at a time is the proven way to get results.Both approaches take discipline. Flexibility is not laziness. It is measured and intentional.Why I like flexibility: Sometimes it’s what keeps you in the game. Rigid, black & white can mean you are failing or succeeding.

This fortnight’s progress:- Design becomes storyboard - fill in the details. Live action and screen capture.- The Grind has set in, resistance to productivity, but flow happens eventually.- A little tired, on the verge of the next phase - production. Resourcefulness - Creating good live action video is not simple. Lighting, camera quality, room sound, and everything DIY can be hard to manage and do well.
