“Really enjoy and appreciate the Economist reporting here. The format is outstanding, and the depth of interviews and research to get at the heart of Xi rivals tailored intelligence. I hope American and global policy makers listen in and learn from this to help best confront Xi and party when necessary.
Also, the title and ending music is outstanding, I look forward to more pods on China.
Some suggestions for improvement:
1) Link a reference or who’s who lists to each episode or for the whole season. Great to learn the Chinese words for slogans, places, and the people discussed in the season
2) be great to have a conference ever so episode where Sue could discuss episodes and field questions
3) consider working with Apple TV+ to create a series, similar to what they did with The Line. This would make for great TV!”
