In stage 3 we dive into what makes a good tour breakaway, what happens behind in the chase, and what the stage winner did differently to win the sprint.

This week's episode is all about the Coronavirus from a cyclist's perspective when we interview Rob, a masters cyclist from Boulder, Colorado. We discuss how he contracted the virus—his initial and current symptoms. Along with how he had to self-advocate to get tested, the medical care he received, and how he is recovering 3 weeks after contracting the virus. Our goal was to share his story to encourage athletes to use caution during these times.

With the season upon us, many people are looking for confirmation in the work that they've done as well as look for information on new places they can improve.  In this episode we dive into and break down the pros/cons of four popular testing methods: Lactate Threshold/VO2 testing, Metabolic Cart testing,  Dexa-scan body composition testing, and Wind Tunnel Testing.  We later reveal a new test which we believe to be the best.
