Get to the point!
I like Mike Vardy, I liked Mikes on Mikes (later Workflowing), but in this podcast he takes too long to get into things with his guest. I don't want to spend 5 minutes of 'get to know you' before any kind of announcement as to what the topic is. Inevitably the guest is plugging a book, which is fine, but the podcast itself is just not that interesting most of the time. Mike promotes extra material to patreon supporters, which again is fine, but I've never felt like I want to listen to any more - just the opposite. I'd be more likely to pay for something more pithy, more edited down and to-the-point. There have been some great episodes, but they are too few and far between for this to remain in my feeds. A shame.Read full review »

I like this podcast...have listened to it for years. But lately, it’s just gotten hard to listen to. The embedded ads break up the flow of the discussion and I have to context-switch. Maybe take a lesson from Tim Ferriss...do them at the beginning?
