I.F. Stone's true godchildren
Throughout the late sixties, independent journalist I.F. Stone kept me sane and informed with the "IF Stone Weekly." He demonstrated that history and facts were in plain view if you made the effort to look them up, which as few journalists seemed to do then as they do today. Driftglass and Bluegal have earned my consideration as the heirs and advocates of this way of doing journalism. If I had my wish, they would be awarded The I.F.
