“I used to love this podcast but the money stories are becoming tired. I get it…you have to sort out your money before you can even think about investing and yes we get it, Money Smarts is a good way to do this. I feel like I’m listening to Dave Ramsay talk back when people share their fairly boring stories about how they got better with money. When you discuss property trends, different approaches to lifestyle design, ways to grow as a property investor/ enthusiast, I’m fully engaged & love it. Not to mention I totally rate you guys as hosts. Maybe I have just outgrown the content. When I hear about how ole mate was bad with money, then got better then bought a property, I’m like yep ok. Anyway maybe now you are focussing on the novice and looking for more engagement with Money Smarts. If that’s the case I get it and I will move on to other Podcasts that focus more on the average person who already has sorted out their money issues.”
